Terribly long hours Management is awful and apathetic Clients can be downright racist and hostile Pay is terrible - ended at 17.25, new hires start at 17 - similar companies start at 20+ Minimum 45-50 hrs per week Saturdays and on call work are mandatory Downright shady and illegal business practices, fully practiced and encouraged by Brad Fischer Useless meetings Terrible safety practices Company will try to throw you under the bus at the slightest client complaint Shady sales reps Commercial sales will steal your cut of commissions Overall, terribly ran business and it’s no surprise that employees are leaving for significantly better opportunities

You have to be willing to crawl around/up into attic places to look for signs of pests (roaches, mice, etc.). The company car was nice, but having to wear a branded uniform in outside sales wasn’t my favorite. Made it hard to stop for lunch when everyone thinks you’re there because of pest problems.
