The remote work setup gives you the freedom to work and travel if you’d like. Compensation grows naturally with performance and time, which feels fair and motivating. The team atmosphere is both highly professional—with top-notch experts—and friendly. Everyone stays focused on their tasks rather than office gossip or negativity. Overall, it has been a truly great experience.

Not much to say—sometimes you just need to extend your working hours a bit to connect with the team on the other side of the world due to the time difference.”

Fun friendly team (except management). Interesting and varied work.

Cons

- Runs in a completely illegal way and doesn't provide contracts, other than an NDA. - Appalling pay, which you have to keep chasing as it's almost always late. - a lot of gossiping being people's back and badmouthing, especially if you are not on management's side or disagree with them - pretends to be a lot bigger and more successful than it is. - other people are always the issue, never them, they never recognise their mistakes. - management's attitude is unprofessional and unpredictable - dozen of contributors waiting to be paid, some of them waited years. Also being dropped for no reason and ghosted. - general disregard for people and diva attitude as management see themselves as superior.
