    A lot of freedom to find opportunities Work life balance is very good and timings are not fixed

    Cons

    Too much red tape. Things take much longer to get approved as multiple stakeholders are involved. Too many meetings for smallest of projects

    Overall the environment is great, but should be spending more on career development. A lot of good work is not getting the limelight

    -Easy going work culture -Great people at all levels -Decent career development opportunities -Broad lateral mobility options

    Cons

    There's nothing too terrible about working at Bell Canada, to be honest I am writing this sentence to fill the 20 word minimum for this section. With an organization this size, you are bound to come across something that will not fit your expectation; But the company is constantly changing and striving to be better. I guess I am overlooking faults at the sake of the progress the company is making.

    Advice to Management

    Don't become a dinosaur. Be progressive, be challenging, create new paths rather than following old and used strategies of other larger organizations.

    Motivation to take Bell Services, great benefits, variable pay, if you have a good manager it makes a massive difference

    Cons

    Work schedules produced 1 month in advance without sufficient coverage to take time off, awful customers, incredibly high sales targets for overpriced services, lack of support from above, constantly fix other stores’ errors, facilitate assisted resignation practices, no time off for major holidays/device launch periods, glass ceiling for growth opportunities, expected to be reachable at all times including outside... of work even at retail level.     Advice to Management

    A lot to be improved. More focus on supporting existing clients, they are your bread and butter. No one benefits from a 1-month in advance scheduling practice aside from the person doing the schedule, blackout periods with maintain revolving door type of employment, managers should more readily step in to assist with irate clients. Your Reps should not be kept for hours with clients, they are paid to sell, with a... salary you are not impacted by loss of sales, which is then held over your head if you don’t attain numbers.
