I have been working at Bilfinger full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
None whatsoever. This companydoes not care about it's employees.
Cons
Do not work for this company if you value your mental health. Bullying is rife and bad behaviour is the norm - as long as the job goes out on time, then anything goes. As for performance determining your progress - forget it. If you want to progress you need to be tight with your line manager.
Cliquey, unprofessional and completely lacking in concern for the wellbeing of employees. I'd rather be on the dole than work for this company.
Advice to Management
People Before Profits

I worked at Bilfinger full-time
Pros
Good financial compensation
Good example how a company / department should not be managed
Cons
Lack of any career perspective
Lack of strong corporate culture
People don't care about the company
Advice to Management
Improve Internal Communication
Don't change strategy every 6 months

I worked at Bilfinger full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros
.... I'll get back to you on this. There isn't much in the way of pros, since they have left the OCA
Cons
Your just a number, and you will be dropped if you don't jump through every hoop that HR/logistics set. You can and will be made redundant "Due to a downturn in work" if your not a good boy !
Advice to Management
Stop treating your employees like dirt, invest in them. Your a services company and your employees provide the service, they are not tools !

I have been working at Bilfinger full-time (Less than a year)
Pros
I've had the opportunity to work for a few different well known organizations and I can honestly say I have never had the wonderful experiences I have thus far at Bilfinger.
Cons
I have yet to see a con. Bilfinger is professional and invests in its employees.
Advice to Management
Keep moving in the direction you're heading and continue to invest in your people as you are doing now.
