      Pros

      The people are nice to work with, great personalities and connection but is typically the way it is with bad management.

      Cons

      Facility is not equippped for GMP manufacturing. All equipment is typically bought second hand and in poor or unfit condition, they refuse to invest in useful equipment and experienced personnel. Management/CEO (John) will want you to do it the quick but not the right way per guidances or regulations, the rest of management will look the other way to allow for the toxic work environment.

      Pros

      The company policies are all very Californian - acceptance and tolerance- and on paper it looks great. The benefits were good.

      Cons

      Don't go actually expecting to make a difference. The management structure is all messed up and there are no checks and balances within management roles. The current mindset is "compliant enough" in an industry with literal black and whites. Good luck.

      Coworkers are some of the best i have ever met. The pay is decent

      The company is not going to last long. They do not follow the rules of the pharma industry and the upper management is ridiculous.
