      Awful place to work

      Pros

      Good sized car park & central location. Great if you love confrontation on a daily basis.

      Cons

      STAY AWAY. Even if you're desperate for employment you'll soon come to regret your decision if you choose to work here. I wasted over a year of my life, what a mistake! There are so many better places to work. Toxic environment. Members of the management team are rude, abusive and prefer shouting to reasonable discussion. Wild discrepancies in salaries amongst those doing exactly the same job. Worst Management team I have ever worked under. Highly negative environment. Rewards, benefits, incentives, pay rises for non-managerial roles? Not here.

      Pros

      For most part you are left to sort out your own day/ vehicle etc. Providing the jobs get done you'll be left alone.

      Cons

      Very poor pay, no incentives. Everyone on different wages for the same job. Poor management, can't get the basics correct and don't seem to notice or care. Low morale in the work place. Poor customer service leading to difficult conversations with clients and jobs dragging on. I could go on!

      Pros

      The production staff were very hard working and fun group to work with. They pitched in when needed. Most of the office staff were very hard workers as well, except for a few loud mouths.

      Cons

      Leadership and communication from upper management were severely lacking. Too much effort spent on reaction to daily fires. Management was way to lean to be pro-active. Very short sited. Conditions were deplorable. Too much finger pointing from within.
