I worked at Blink Fitness part-time for less than a year

    Pros

You get free membership to use gym You will learn and meet the team you will work with - hands on training The Benefits for merch, the benefit site for discounts on products Flexible with scheduling. You can become a personal trainer, if you get certified. You are not limited to wanting to change positions. I worked there for 4 months Jan-March , with COVID I was furloughed and upon re-opening, another manager lost their position and I left to pursue education.

    Cons

The location I worked at within 3 months half the team quit, even the manager. It was not disclosed about the changes. (The manager, front desk associates, personal trainer) all quit. It being a gym, there was inappropriate work conversations but when members were around - the team was professional.
