Blue Ridge Health is a good place to work for competitive pay.

Cons

Blue Ridge Health could be better by having better leadership role models. CEO is a great man but direct supervisor is childish and petty when put in a difficult staff situation.

Mission: Removing barriers to healthcare for all (including language with full interpreting team) Provider/Team: competent and talented team that genuinely cares for patients Benefits: competitive salary, 2% retirement match (recent change), employee health coverage Supportive: agency was able to resolve issues the team had including moving appt’s from 45 min to 1 h in length and adding a clinical supervisor.

PTO has to be used for continuing education Limited organization wide learning/training for best practices
