-Lost confidence in senior management's ability to make good decisions and effectively grow the business. Struggling startup and executives seem lost on direction and strategy. -Lots of concerning turnover lately in key/vital positions; signs of troubled journey ahead. A number of very talented management team members are no longer with the company. - Beware: ask lots of questions on strategy and growth plans and ask for proof of results (how they are performing to targets and expectations) before accepting a job offer.

Poor management focus. Constant quarterly lay-offs of valuable technical personnel with no plans to replace the software they were responsible for. Very unstable even for long-term seniors despite positive long-term funding displays being made in company-wide meetings. Priorities constantly shifting with no real goals for measurable progress. Have never seen a person come back from parental leave, or even be able to take it before being let go once public about it. Would heavily caution anyone expecting to start a family while working here to look elsewhere.
