Pros

Remote work allows talents to be part of the company without being forced to go to their physical offices based on different continents. Non-toxic environment. Allows rapport to the immediate team and professional approach to other teams.

Cons

Have to be hired by a offshore company that has been hired by another company and then deployed by another company. You can't distinguish which are your core co-workers as you are under to different 'umbrellas'.

Pros

nice office set-up with foosball and overflowing coffee, colleagues are intelligent and graduates of top universities, working directly with expats, cosmopolitan business, free lunch or dinner depending on your assigned team, bosses are cool and level-headed, great exposure to international business if you're at it, hard-to-beat as a company with all of their policies and procedures in place, very professional place to work, great company culture. I just couldn't say anything negative.

Cons

You have to tell your friends that their thoughts and opinions may be different from what's happening in reality.
