Pros

For years Bonanza was a good company with a great team of professionals that put the customers first. Trust and ethics were valued as much as innovation. The marketplace was profitable in a field that saw many competitors shut down or operate with debt. As a workplace the environment was one in which the employees were encouraged to grow their skills and their careers. Benefits were excellent.

Cons

When the company sold, unfortunately new ownership talked a big game, but was disorganized and did not value legal compliance. Though the company had been profitable, payments to employees, contractors, partners, and state taxes stopped being paid. This drove the core team away. Multiple people ended up having to take the new owner to court or file with the state in order to try to obtain their back pay. Many are still owed for the work they did. I don't recommend working there. Be cautious!

Pros

None it was a scam from the start and they are counting people out of money

Cons

So first of all, I got a text message asking if I was interested in a full-time job. I responded and said yes they sent me to WhatsApp and told me to get in contact with the recruiter which I did. They proceeded to tell me that I would be working one hour a day And I would have a base pay and on top of that I would be making commission now base pay they said I would be making about $1000 every four days the commission they said I would be making about 85 to 60 a day. During the so-called “training Process“ they required I buy about $60 worth of a membership. I supposedly needed to cash out my funds that I had made that day. They asked for my cash app information and told me to load my cash app up and then make a payment. They said because they are an online shopping company when I asked for the full name of the company they told me it was just bonanza, and when I asked questions such as how long they have been in business things like that, they refuse to answer. Working for a company for only an hour is crazy but having to pay to meet your quote for that day just to cash out is even more crazy.
