    Pros

    Reduced prices in cafe Rrsp match after 2 years Social events for extroverts outside Digital department CEO is a sensible man On-site message therapist with Physician's note. Gym

    Cons

    Compulsory HR training that is not relevant to your role. DD engineering managers are not good at leadership and fail miserably. The time-sheet hours get doctored and falsified to meet budget requirements. Full time employees are denied time off even after putting extra hours. The boss actually cancels your scheduled vacation. No career development opportunities, no pluralsight license, no conferences for developers and TBA.

    I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    -Standard benefits that you can find in most companies -Lots of party after work, fun for extroverts who like to mingle. Great way to get to know Senior Leadership . This is the culture we all love.

    Cons

    Too much politics that it is hard to get work done without caring too much if the management will like it or not Promotion that is based on who you know and doesn't respect, recognize actual hard work from the bottom line The CEO actually told us in an employee meeting, "If you don't like it hear go find another job? Think before you put negative comment in glassdoor." A joke or is it half true? IT infrastructure is a disaster They hire the same people who look like them, act like them and that is in line with how they can run the business. Just look at the Senior Management team in the company website. Don't bother to disagree with them or suggest anything to improve anything , it is a waste of time.

    As we experience such exciting growth as a business, it will inevitably result in some added pressure on teams – and so we make changes and adjust as necessary. My thoughts on feedback is that the best kind is productive and solution-focused – and I’d rather see people visibly participate in shaping Bond as an organization versus not, and then instead post anonymous thoughts.     Pros

    Location is good with good parking. Thats about it.

    Cons

    Directors and manager is involved in too much politics and favoritism. You just cant grow in this company, when the pay hike comes they will come up with some absurd reason to avoid the pay hike. Bonus is not great either. HR is deaf and blind and puppet of Directors and managers trying to save their own job.

    I have been working at Bond Brand Loyalty full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Decent pay for Mississauga Flexible time-off (this is actually a con, as the they act like they're doing you a big favor by granting time-off) Reduced prices in the cafeteria The CEO, he really is a great and honest person

    Cons

    In the digital department the full-time employees are over-worked with no additional pay. 1:1's and career growth is non-existent. They will force you to enter the standard weekly hours, or edit the time-sheet them self if you put in the actual hours, even if you worked overtime that week. Turnover is high & the existing full-time employees are burdened to take over multiple projects and put in extra hours. The contractors are obviously not bothered.

    Pros

    - company that's growing, with lots of momentum, therefore tons of opportunities - both in terms of career, but also in terms of the type of work we get to do! - great people, strong leadership that's approachable, transparent and open to feedback - amazing culture that rewards great work and participation - built on kindness, authenticity, curiosity and people genuinely caring for and supporting each other - company gatherings are always awesome, whether they're our all-employee meetings or our social events - fast and exciting environment where you have to be comfortable with change and adjusting to client need - being able to plan and adapt is important here, but it brings a great energy and lots of learning opportunities

    Cons

    - We need to get better at standardizing our operations, and improving our technology and work spaces so that it is easier to get work done, especially as we continue to grow. This is something we know our management team has made a priority.
