      lovely people, organisation needs improvement

      Pros

      perfect work-life balance no micro management lovey colleagues, very sociable very diverse and open environment nice location in the heart of Shoreditch

      Cons

      owners involved in everything, hard to convince them of change no extras in the office (no fruits, water fountain, not even milk etc.) product very niche and hard to sell no sophisticated use of CRM

      Pros

      Great company culture and an amazing team to work with! Very challenging job but the best remote onboarding and a lot of support from supervisor, team buddy and team! A great work-life balance, could not be happier in my job!

      Could not think of any! If there are, these can be addressed and will be listened to!
