Short term but had fun

I was there for 6 months only and then left to join back post graduate. But those were the good days. So much exposre and fun loving ppl. I learnt a lot. They taught me to focus more on in depth research. And better understanding of brands. I did create a few campaigns.

Cons

Cant think of any right now.

-good office ( that’s about it) -good clients

A very long list - Micromanaget that will kill your creativity - unrealistic deadlines and timelines - management is insensitive to employees - no proper leave policies drafted - outright rude behaviour of management which can go to any level - no rebate after work, you will still be made to work which is acceptable in all work places but not everyday - made to communicate vis Whatsapp and not in a professional manner. - high work pressure due to unrealistic goals and expectations - no room for feedback - no room for clear communication. The word of the boss is final - no value/appreciation for talent - no employee lasts beyond 3-4 months here due to the rude attitude and negative vibes - don’t go by the false reviews here, join and see if u don’t believe.

Challenging, and growth-oriented tryst

Pros

Every job comes with its own set of challenges, you love to hate it, but what matters is how much growth professionaly and personally it has to offer to you. Challenges galore at BoostNet, but that's how dynamic the industry is. Great brands to work for, helpful team and leader, flexible work environment (you do get work from home days), and comfortable atmosphere in office. It's cozy and you get a lot of space to show creativity. It's my second job and i'm loving it.

Cons

Work pressure is everywhere, so nothing specifically bad here.
