    Pros

    The people are fantastic! It is exciting to work in a company full of smart people doing really interesting work. A positive culture, employees are treated really well, loads of opportunity to get involved in things that matter to you. Leaders who care. An amazing wellbeing program with loads of fantastic benefits.

    Cons

    The pace is extremely intense and the hours are very, very, very long. No opportunities for career growth in support services roles.
