Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI have been working at Bowdoin College full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good coworkers and benefits through the college
Cons
Uncompetitive wages for staff and no room for advancement. Starting wage for groundskeeper is 14 an hour. All skilled labor is contracted out even though employees possess the necessary skills. The college does not compensate employees with experience, therefore, all skilled laborers leave due to lack of compensation.
