I have been working at Bowdoin College part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    great work environment/culture, understanding coworkers

    Cons

the students we clean up after. 99% of them are great, but there are always the troublemakers who seem to make it their purpose in life to make the lives of those around them more difficult. Pretty par for the course for any food services job, as far as I can tell.
