    Cons

    Advice to Management

The Long-term strategies and plannings seem to very well planned and executed. But I feel they should get a bit more aggressive on the day to day operations. which will only help in long-term results.

    Advice to Management

think about each and every employee, involve them in every situation, make them learn, help them learn, DO NOT BE BIASED OR PARTIAL TOWARDS ANYONE, implement international travel / transfers opportunities for everyone, make leaders learn of how to value their team mates, leaders should be strong enough to take negative feedback from any employee. invest good in emerging economies

    I worked at Brown-Forman

    Pros

Amazing products, Great hardworking team mates. Opportunities to show management your successes

    Cons

very little hands on training from management, lots of technology to deal with and lots of after work hours of paperwork, follow up with customers and planning.

    Advice to Management

onboarding is very sporadic, it would help new hires if there was an outline and checklist and schedule that new hires can follow along as incoming info is presented as there is a lot of information coming from all departments of the business,
