    I worked at Bruegger's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great employees and customers, easy work.

    Cons

The franchise owner is probably the worst human I've ever met. Rude, short-sighted, and money-hungry. Everything about this job is great unless he is involved in it.

    Advice to Management

Get a new franchise owner, honestly. Don't get mad and curse at employees when there's no uniform, consistent training regimen. Employees are unmotivated and easy to leave because the job does nothing to support them or show that Bruegger's cares.
Also, the schedule should not come out once a week. Make the schedule for a month so employees can plan out their lives. It's not functional and it doesn't make any sense for an employee to not know if their going to be working within the next 12 hours between pay periods.

    Pros

Working mornings and seeing regulars was always a highlight of my day. I love the fast paced work and great company workers.

    Cons

Upper management needs some work. Our regional manager was not nearly qualified for the position.
