    I worked at Bruegger's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere, they really care about customers, out of work by 6 at the latest good benefits to full-time employees, easy to become shift supervisor.

    Cons

Long shifts, store had old equipment that we constantly asked for upgrades and never got, working both drive thru and in store was difficult with register system, store manager was great by regional managers never did squat for their stores. Pay was low for fast food

    Advice to Management

Upper management really needs to help their stores possess the ability to give out the best quality product and to do so they need to give stores the most updated and efficient equipment.

    Pros

Stable hours, decent pay, $10 free food per shift.

    Cons

Corporate always butting in, quality of work environment varies by store. Raises must be approved by 3 management level workers who never work with you.

    Advice to Management

    Give actual raises.

    I worked at Bruegger's part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Nice people to work with
    - Not too hard to keep motivated as long as your coworkers are nice
    - Decent hours to work, depends on experience though and how many different jobs you can do

    Cons

    - Hours for a baker can be a bit rough
    - The building that I was working at needed frequent repairs, though usually nothing too major

    Advice to Management

Some of the safety equipment wasn't provided until after incidents had happened. Although I'm not sure how to rate this because it was due to a franchise that went bankrupt and had there were scandals about how the owner was taking money or something.
