    I worked at Bruegger's full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Early mornings, good and fin coworkers also dedicated employees. Able to work 2 jobs if need too and not too busy

    Cons

    Management was not good. Had period of times with no manager and had high turnover at manager position. Anytime a new manager came they had their own expectations own agendas and if the did not like you then your gone

    Advice to Management

    Be better at who you select and take care of your employees the ones who are the backbone of your company.

    Pros

    Working mornings and seeing regulars was always a highlight of my day. I love the fast paced work and great company workers.

    Cons

    Upper management needs some work. Our regional manager was not nearly qualified for the position.

    I worked at Bruegger's part-time

    Pros

    The job is pleasant, making bagels and coffee and talking to customers.

    Cons

    Atmosphere is such that breaks are calculated by the second, there is no standing still on the job, and you are expected to hardly talk to other employees.

    Advice to Management

    Allow employees to relax occasionally. Create an environment that is less stressful, especially if you are going to pay the bare minimum.

    Easy-to-follow instructions, supportive and fun co-workers, great employee discount.

    Cons

    Constant customer flow, work-intensive, understaffed at times.

    Advice to Management

    Show up to scheduled shifts on time and give more praise to employees.

    awful management, horrible communication, inappropriate manager
