Salary plus commission. Health benefits after 90 days. Digital Marketing. You get really nice Mac products to work with.
Cons
There are no sales, so there is no commission. The product only works minimally. The upper management is so arrogant, they think 20 sales people are stupid for not being able to sell the product instead of understanding the product is unsalable. All cold calls, no relationship sales. And you have to pay your own phone bill. Big changes are happening on the corporate level and they are not telling their feet on the street. DO NOT TAKE THIS JOB. Especially if you already have a good reputation as a sales person. Oh the benefits are too expensive and cover very little. VERY high turnover of staff. No one has worked there for a full year.
