Pay structure and amount seem to be competitive within the market. Flexibility is great with the ability to work from home so often. Resources/Technology is on par for performing job responsibilities at scale.

2 years ago I would have given this company 5 stars to work for. Budget cuts & layoffs caused our role to change & morph into a sales role. What was once a very consultative & "do what's best for the client" role, moved to "how much did you sell this month?". Account loads were growing & additional duties were being added to our plates without hardly any additional pay. The bonus structure for this new sales aspect to our role is mediocre & anyone who has worked in sales will take one look at it and walk away. There were also a lot of inconsistencies with how & when we received the bonuses for the upsell we were responsible for. If an upsell wasn't inputed by the billing department by a certain date, it would no longer count for the month we had the upsell (even though we had it submitted before the deadline for that month). This would cause us to miss out on additional pay during certain months. Also, because of all these issues, it would take upwards of 5-6 months to be paid out on our upsells. It was also very difficult to move up in the Detroit office. Promotions were consistently only available to those in the Seattle office. It seemed the only way to grow as an employee in the Detroit office was to either switch departments or leave the company.

Work life balance - never really need to work late. Good office culture to make friends & low pressure work environment

Not room for growth- not much challenge - find myself getting bored with repetitive tasks that do not teach me useful skills for the future

CDK is a great place to work. Employee are treated fair, there is a good work/life balance, it is not stressful, and the compensation I believe is very competitive with the market.

Cons

Processes are very streamlined and opportunity is limited to learn new things and come up with outside of the box solutions. There are opportunities to for linear moves inside your own position for the most part, but moves to other teams and other projects are limited which can lead to boredom and complacency.
