    I have been working at CDK Global full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    - Excellent Pay. Provides tons of learning opportunities with access to LinkedIn learning, Pluralsight etc. - Cares for work-life balance. Believes that you don't build business value by just working like crazy. - Gives you ample freedom. - Has seen a sea change in culture since the new management came onboard. The current pack of senior executives are all top-class and highly inspiring. - CDK Global works in a niche area and the space isn't particularly lucrative for big tech companies to enter (I hope). So I think this company would survive for quite a long time unlike other areas where the winner takes it all and only a few big tech companies rule the world. - There has been a lot of focus recently on improving product quality, UX etc. NPS scores have improved by leaps and bounds.

    Cons

    - There is a scope for improvement in all organizations, including CDK Global. A particular employee's experience can be different based on the team he or she is working for. - The only con is that for 2-3 years, the company created a toxic work environment with mindless layoffs and it will take some time to bring the positivity and energy back.
