Pros

Good product that is experiencing rapid expansion Culture has really improved steadily since I started about a year and half ago, corporate employee turnover has really dropped tremendously (Airport PT employees are a whole different story) Management has been very transparent and forthcoming with changes, partnerships, and new initiatives Well stocked pantry

Cons

Management can be very reactive at times Benefits and wellness perks are rather lacking. Pet insurance is nice though. No matching 401k which has been promised for a while. PTO policy is terrible, it forces sick employees to physically come to work, causes a constant domino effect of illnesses Already outgrown our new office space, there is never meeting room available Work from home policy still archaic

Manic

Pros

Free food and that’s it

Cons

The company is manic. I understand shifting priorities. There is no thought put into the priorities. You are expected to immediately drop everything for the shift, but then asked why you didn’t complete the other task 3 months later, when you were told that’s no longer an area of focus. High Senior Level Management micromanages. They have no trust in their managers. Favoritism is rampant. If you’re not yes man you’re considered the enemy. The recruiting team will bring in anyone for an interview and expect managers to meet 7-10 candidates for the same position, again there is no thought process there. The is absolutely no onboarding process or policy/procedures in place. Founders speak about transparency and communication but I’ve yet to experience that. How do you have a company with no real HR??? There’s a benefits person and recruiting. That speaks volumes about what they care about.
