    Pros

    Good benefits, great 401k, managers don't micromanage, bonus paid quarterly.

    Cons

    Not a lot of value placed on sales team. Company doesn't promote for within. limited appetite especially in Small Business.

    Good benefits package Some nice people Beautiful office

    Cons

    No progression opportunities for inside people, all vacancies filled with people from outside Very depressing atmosphere Nepotism, favouritism, some form of bullying. No achievements are ever enough.
