    Flexible working environment; interesting, meaningful work; great colleagues and a dependable team behind you; definitely has a “Midwestern” feel to it. Pay and benefits that make you feel valued.

    My manager was impatient at first but eventually became unbelievably supportive.

    Cons

    There is absolutely no diversity at CNA. If you are minority expect your voice to not be heard. All upper level management are white men.
