      seems fun to work there if you're a senior member of leadership or a creative.

      Cons

      lots of staff people leaving or looking to leave this company. no new business. promotions work as an extension of favoritism rather than who would be the best fit for the job. messy politics.

      Pros

      The people are exceptional and the leadership is great. Growing company with an incredible client list and a lot of opportunities to make great work. Plus, the lunches are prepared by a private chef every day, so that's pretty nice.

      Cons

      Projects can require late nights or travel and sometimes both.
