      Pros

      CONTAX provides training for new employees and mentors consultants. You are able to learn from more experienced SAP consultants a hone your skills. Flexible work hours and emphasis on a work/life balance. Employees have a work hard, play hard mentality. Exposure to many different types of projects. Company culture fun, but not overbearing. Coworkers often hang out together for happy hours or to see a cricket match.

      Cons

      Must be self-motivated to succeed.

      Pros

      - Insane learning experience. (I literally cannot stress this enough) - Good diverse co-workers. - Very open minded office. - Once trust is attained you will be given the opportunity to self manage projects. - The manager is great to work and interact with.

      Cons

      - Office is hollow. The whole office consist of just desk, chairs and computer. There is no character. - You need the willingness to learn. (Again, can't stress this enough).

      Perfect Place to Jumpstart SAP Career!

      Pros

      The Company provides training to its new employees. You learn new things daily especially when SAP is freshly introduced to you. It has a light working environment, not much of a work pressure but of course meeting deadlines and client-satisfaction is always top priority. It has clients that are strategically located in different parts of the world and it's a multinational company, thus travel opportunities are highly plausible. Perfect for Millenials! Beer-Fridays fellas! It's an IT company but it's not like you sit the whole day crunching code. The company understands the need for employees to relax and get along well with their colleagues.

      Cons

      It lacks defined career path at the beginning. If you're not proactive at the workplace, it'll be a challenge to get allocated for a client/task.
