I worked at Cactus Communications full-time

    Pros

Good policies, great team, nice infrastructure, out-of-the-world training

    Cons

No work-life balance, too much politics involved. Non-technical people dictate what is to be done technically

I have been working at Cactus Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Remote work offers flexibility and opportunities for travel.

    Cons

Working remote can be a double edged sword. Sometimes it would be preferable to go to an office.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you like the flexibility we offer with this work. We understand that sometimes it can get lonely to work remotely, and to address this we are trying to do more community building activities for all our editors. We would be more than happy to involve you in these activities. Please write to me at tanvi.devpura@cactusglobal.com if you think this is something that might interest you. I have been working at Cactus Communications part-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Possibility to work from home - Chance to make some extra money on the side - Experience - No minimum amount of work that needs to be taken up - decent workflow

    Cons

-Low pay for the effort put in -Reviewers are rarely happy. It appears that the reviewers are rating you less on purpose to make their role seem more important or to reduce your rating. - The quality index rating is highly reviewer dependent. - All documents are not rated, but the ones where you didn't do your best are always rated - The point of contact never replies when you have a problem
