Pros
They are open to your ideas. However they constantly expect new ones.
Cons
They withhold your FIRST check as your LAST check, so don't expect to get paid within the first month working for them. Huge turnover. I was there for 90 days and I seen 2 individuals onboard and quit within 2 weeks. The Dallas office is invasive and uncomfortable. Sometimes my lunch couldn't even fit in the MINI fridge. I also caught COVID, possibly from someone who had it 2 weeks before me. No structure within management. Upon being hired, I was told there wasn't any micro-managing and I wouldn't report to anyone other than the CEO. I quickly discovered that was a lie. CEO speaks to his employees like children. During meetings I felt second-hand embarrassment. Meetings were also VERY stressful. HR is rude, tone of voice is unprofessional and always seems on edge. During my exit interview HR wasn't even patient enough to answer simple questions. If you do not provide them with a 30 days notice to leave (which is very unrealistic) they will pay you minimum wage on your last check. Management has trust issues. Even though I was salary I was still having to clock in/out. I felt like a child in a prison. They work you hard. They tried to say we had to work Memorial Day even though it's a federal holiday and was listed as "a paid holiday" in my offer letter. My initial offer letter had typos. That was a red flag right there! You only get 7 days PTO and healthcare benefits cost an arm and a leg. They don't take care of their employees AT ALL.
