I have been working at Campbell Soup Company full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, and predictable work. When the crew is fully staffed getting days off is fairly easy.

    Cons

The company breeds complacency. Employees aren’t rewarded for good performance, but the company doesn’t seem to care about dead weight either. It leads to employees who don’t care about anything except going hone at the end of the shift. Schedules for the next day are posted a few hours before the shift ends. Employees don’t really know if they are working or not until about when they clock out.

I worked at Campbell Soup Company full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good pay started at $16/ hour and goes up to $22-25/hour. Easy and simply work sit down in a chair for most jobs and make sure the bread dough looks good. Friendly people and positive environment.

    Cons

The have too many people than they need. I only worked 9 hours a week. If you are trying to feed a family at home this is not the job for you . If you can live off of $100 a week then you should work here . The most hours you might be able to work here is 30 hours . It's not worth it. It's a dress code warehouse too. They need better management to sort out all the people they don't need 10 people running a machine that only requires 4 people . All the other 6 people would just stay around and sweep, sometimes if the machine went down even 2 hours into your shift they would send you home. So imagine me for example I would drive 45 minutes to work then work for 2 hours and then go drive another 45 minutes home. It's not worth it I left and had to find something that gave me at least 40 hours.

I have been working at Campbell Soup Company full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good pay. Safe working conditions most of the time

    Cons

Work 7 days per week, 8 to 12 hours per day with few days off in the sauce plant. Very stressful and hot temps in the summer. Chaotic planning from management. Too much control from supervision and management trying to make a name for themselves .
