I have been working at Campbell Soup Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great pay as far as maintenance goes. You can for the most part write your own paycheck here.

    Cons

Hotter than hell in the summer months. Management lacks any type of leadership skills. Little to no accountability for continuous employee failures.

I worked at Campbell Soup Company full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Work was fast paced and enjoyable. Training was very good. Employees are compensated well for overtime. They take making safety improvements very seriously to ensure the safety of their employees!

    Cons

Mandatory overtime and working every weekend were my only problems with the position. Again it was well compensated for (anything over 8 hours in a day, any weekend work was time and a half).
