    Pros

    Great working environment, people and culture. Extremely loyal workforce (mid level managers) that have been with the business a minimum of 5 years. Work gets done and and categories that we compete in are growing very well. Good for people who want work-life balance

    Cons

    The senior directors (people in the business for more than 10 years) in the business are unwilling to change and many have been in their positions due to "seniority". They are not changing with the times fast enough to address the constant changing business environment.

    Fantastic products. Results expected but treated like a professional by teammates and management and tools are provided to help you succeed. Company car, company phone and iPad. Good pay with incentives.

    Big company with far-reaching brands and varied portfolio. Great leadership, clear objectives with technical and effective management. Benefits are on par with major companies with a strong bonus potential. This is a place where I can build my career and foresee maintaining a long-term relationship as I feel that I'm making a direct impact on company growth objectives.

    Cons

    Onboarding during Covid has been challenging for maintaining communication as a new hire but seamless as everyone is trying to manage in the best way possible.

    Pros

    - New employee orientation has been very strong - the company does a great job of getting new employees plugged in - Everyone has been extremely welcoming and gracious with their time - It has been an interesting time - good yet different - to start at Campbell's - as business is strong but due to COVID, I have yet to be in the office and meet my co-workers in person

    - The only issues I see are related to COVID and are not individual issues specific to Campbell's - this is a strange time to start a new role anywhere
