    Good Pay Structure and Great people in middle management. Great Products and brands that have been successful for years

    Cons

    Handled termination of 250+ employees in an unprofessional manner. Group conference call used with little regard for the people effected. Merger with Campbell's Soup Company cut livelihoods of 250+ employees and increased stress levels for all who remained due to doubling the work load for those that were chosen to remain.
