    They are a company that takes care of you. Even part time position receive full benefits.

    Cons

    If you work in a branch, you won’t receive all the benefits of those who work in corporate. Not because you don’t get them, it’s due to that you work in a branch instead of the corporate building.

    Pros

    Paid holidays, liberal vacation allowance, great insights on finance via customer wisdom, smart working crew, good conversation, highly educated or driven team, education can be paid for once you are invested in the company for a bit

    Cons

    Seniority required to rise up into middle management, but this is not too odd given the hierarchies required to run retail financial institutions, some Saturday work can be required for the mornings but the pace is nice on said days
