    Great team work, good co workers , pay is great and amazing benefits, managers are great and care about you

    Cons

    It just a tiring job , repetitive. Back to back calls. Upper management and directors don’t care about how hard it is to take so many calls during the day simply looks at stats and it’s sad. You can get laid off anytime. You can take up to 100 calls a day

    Poor leadership, managers do not have any experience and they hire anyone for management
