      Not sure what the pros were to be honest.

      Cardno was built up by acquiring businesses. They still act like individual businesses despite being located in the same office.

      If in the cool group, not much work was needed to be done

      Cons

      Not a level playing field in work . Sometimes screaming matches from managers .

      Advice to Management

      Check up on labs more often and ask anonymous feedback to HR, as anything from HR regarding reviews was usually thrown in the bin and re written by manager and pay was based of this .

      It’s a job. Office is located in the centre of the city.

      Cons

      A toxic culture of bullying and hyper masculine energy. The culture in the melbourne office is filled with bullying and aggressive in-team competition. People are advanced based on favouritism and personal friends. Most senior and above management is white male dominated. The company is stuck in the past while other consultancies are decades ahead in their equality and innovation. The pay is miserable and always 20% below...

      Bullying is common within the team. HR and upper ups turns a blind eye on it. They treat employees like profit machines until they break

      Inexperienced contractor representatives that enable and allow bullying to occur and continue.

      Ensure overseas staff inexperienced in their roles are aware of corporate support and the need to manage poor and unacceptable workplace behaviours and cultures.
