Cons
Under-qualified technical leads. You are lead by "leads" who can barely write code or even a unit test. Looking at those individuals I wonder how they were promoted? The projects are fake. They were created by solely imagination of those "leaders", you will be working years or months on it and ended up having no real users. Horrible salary. Look at Robert Half salary reports and subtract 50-70k from that. People are fleeing out the door, all the good ones have left, the remaining are those who can't pass the job interview elsewhere.
