      Fun Startup taken over by Evil Canadians with evil VC $$$

      Pros

      It was a collegial environment where people were trying to solve difficult problems with technology together. The founder CEO seemed to care about people and played the drums in a Grateful Dead cover band. He was a good person if not always a lucid person.

      Cons

      The CFO was parsimonious and petty. The old COO and new CEO was a draconian jerk.
