      A great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      Since we are a small company everyone gets to wear many hats or learn new skills. Developers are given time to explore different languages, QA and BA team members can explore best practices, and no idea is off the table. There is a sense of camaraderie and a true desire to continually improve.

      Cons

      If you prefer to go to work, just do your job, and go home without interacting with co-workers or challenging yourself, Chainbridge is probably not for you.

      Pros

      Great compensation and benefits for a small company! Niche focus on personnel security.

      Cons

      Definitely a small company vibe where they are always on the go and need to rapidly expand. It can put a toll on the employees that are more experienced in personnel security. If you aren't well-versed in personnel security, hard to get yourself in the mix of things.
