Pros
Interesting technology collaborative environment. Nice team and friendly co workers. Most weeks are forty hours only rarely overtime is required. Great small company atmosphere.
Cons
Personal innovation is not appreiciated, owner is the head of engineering and wants to be the focus of all the technology

Pros
1. Due to its small size (couple dozens people), you will touch all fields on your job so you will learn a lot 2. Benefits is not excellent, but not very bad compared with industry standard 3. Work/life balance is very good 4. Interview process is the fastest and easiest I ever seen
Cons
1. Small size doesn't mean team work. Conflicts between departments could be intensive. 2. There are many layoffs. Seemed their policy is trial and go. They hire employee and see if the person is good. If not, they will replace him with a new hire. Some people are asked to leave just because of politics. 3. Very less learning there. Once you are not qualified for something, you'd better prepare to find new job.
