You get as much as you put in. If you take prospects and update them on the season styles, you'll get sales and the commissions that come from it.

Commission can make some staff competitive. You'll need to talk to your clients through messaging on your DAYS OFF if you want to keep your prospects. Head office doesn't understand sales and the operations on the floor e.g. HR department took over rostering for the BOUTIQUE and realised they don't understand how many people are needed, and which people have necessary start and finish times. Overtime is never paid as sales staff, regardless if you stay back for clients (mostly nice but some who are oblivious to the definition of OPENING HOURS. PEOPLE HAVE HOMES TO GO TO) HO entices opportunities to move up in company when singing on but don't follow through. no one has moved from sales to manager or any position in head office.
