    Good people, 24/7 roster with ability to trade shifts.

    Cons

    Overly punitive environment. Good work often goes overlooked.

    Advice to Management

    Recognise achievements. People aren't perfect 100% of the time. Learn to tell the difference between ineptitude and people who miss things due to pressure.

    You do not pay your customer service operators enough for the demands you place on them.

    Great exposure, small teams, global footprint creates lots of opportunities to learn

    Cons

    In order to succeed expect very little work life balance, work priorities dictated by Global and Regional offices which are often adhoc. Adds immense pressure to complete your own country priorities.

    Advice to Management

    Minimize the red tape to get things done. Be willing to spend money to save money for the longer term.
