Schedule os sometimes a problem because we get to spend the whole day at work but as far as it’s not everyday like that, it’s good

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The area I would like to complement most is the indoctrination to the Citizens way! The training is well thought out and spread out so it is not overwhelming. The training staff has been exceptional from day one. The Banker 101 instructor, provided a great overview of life with citizens in a very supportive individualized manner to each of the fourteen participants in the class. It was pleasure coming to train each day.

    Cons

To early in career to make a comment on Cons.

    Advice to Management

Provide an overview of each job role and how they are to work together. There is a lot of confusion at the Branch Level where personnel do not understand peer roles. Need to provide better understanding how each role is intertwined to accomplish individual and team production goals.

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Growth, base pay, culture hours, you get what you put in 100%, great admin team and back up office support.

    Cons

Processes and inconsistencies, high turn over but don’t get this wrong is people that don’t understand that you are here to perform a job not get paid to look pretty.

    Advice to Management

Keep it simple for employees just like you want to do for customers

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great benefit package. Great coworkers. 9 paid holidays. PTO is accrued in your first year. No cafeteria, free parking though is great

    Cons

Pitiful salaries unless you are an ExCo member. No bonuses for hourly colleagues, no financial incentive period for hourly administrative positions. No overtime. Admins are the bottom of the barrel here. Go find a better job that will pay you more.

    Advice to Management

Male admins earn more than female admins. Female admins - after 10+ years the salary is tolerable but I took a 30k pay cut 15 years ago to come here. Stupidest thing I’ve ever done

I worked at Citizens Bank full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great customers and some colleagues.

    Cons

The favoritism is through the roof. Sales are forced. The pay sucks. You’ll only advance if you kiss up. No work life balance.

    Advice to Management

More like advice to upper management because management sucks too. Upper management I hope you reads these reviews. Check your regional managers sometimes as they do some underhanded things.

    Advice to Management

to promote more from within the company, to invest more into the IT systems and equipment,
