Meetings with public shaming infront of the company Threats to fire staff members No personal accountability from management; everything is blamed on staff Overwhelming case loads due to implementing a new system that hadn't been beta tested Regular verbal abuse from clients and attorneys Unrealistic work goals Expectation to request for overtime to work on the overflow of cases The president and upper management will directly message you to question you about a case instead of using the management chain
