Pros
I have been working at Climatiq for a year now and have never learned so much. Everyone around - both technical and non-technical - are incredible professionals and are always happy to share knowledge and work together. The team has a very healthy culture around work-life balance, errors, communication, etc. Can only recommend!
Cons
As a start-up, there's always many projects and priorities to work on, this can be exciting or exhausting depending on your approach to work. However no one is forced to work extra hours, weekends or holidays.
