      This is a big company and experiences may vary across teams, departments and business units It can feel a little alienating if you are not tamil Does not have a great sales team. So, finding a project can be challenging Agrees to pretty much anything the customer asks for. Sometimes they get away with unreasonable demands No strong strategic leadership in Australia.       Advice to Management

      Employees are not aware of strategic direction. Nor know of any investments made in strategic direction. Saying yes to every customer demand may earn you some short term brownie points. But we are running a business and employees are as much a stakeholder as the customer. There needs to be a solution to engagement leads compromising employees trying to please the customer.

      They have a large plethora of clients and projects to work with Good scope to expand your knowledge using their training programs If you please the right people you can grow very well here

      You grow only if you please the right people and wear the right shoes (doesn't matter how hard or smart you work) Pay scales are below average They are losing lot of projects and people these days If you have a better alternative just take it

      I worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions full-time for more than a year

      Pros

      You are fine as long as you are billable.

      Cons

      Odecee was a thriving place to work before Cognizant acquired it and ruined the culture. Innovation and learning culture were replaced with pure consulting work. Never felt truly appreciated, there are still folks who are good at what they do but I believe this company lost its soul when it let go of the core people that made things happen.

      Stop letting people go who make things happen.
