There are pros to working at Coles such as great team members and support. The pay itself is decent, and the benefits that we get are fantastic.
Cons
You can be called in at any time. Rosters might not be consistent with contract (if you are part-timer). Hours can also be unexpectedly long if asked to stay back out of the blue.
