I have been working at Coles part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Working times are very flexible and you still get money in sick leaves which provide a benefit to you as you still get money. You work in an encouraging environment full of vitality and energy from the customers and there are many job careers and opportunities to explore and enjoy.

    Cons

Well as the majority of statements and facts express a positive feedback about coles you might find it stressful and rather scary if you are a shy person and have poor verbal communication skills and social skills necessary for happy outcomes from other employees and the customers themselves.

    Advice to Management

If you want to work in an industry or business where opportunities lay countless with encouraging support both physically, mentally and emotionally from the employees and want flexible working hours then this is the place for you.
