    - Flexibility depending on management - Friendly Co-workers - Learning to deal with customers - Good pay for the work done

    Cons

    - Shift work - Gets boring fast - Will put a strain on your body for the first few months adjusting to standing and packing for hours on end. - Management will often shift blame onto team members - Not much room for growth unless you are extremely enthusiastic and will to take crap
