    CBA offers an environment which promotes continuous improvement, with open communication between leadership and subordinates. Career progression is always possible, with the right mindset you can achieve anything in CBA. I recommend CBA to all of my friends and family.

    Still a large organisation with a lot of inefficiencies and outdated business models. Very few opportunities in Melbourne.
