Most people at CBA are good and reasonable Always striving to be at the forefront of technology Pay is good (from what I have heard)

Some managers got their role by being in a position long enough as oppose to earning it. There is a lot of the hero mentality around the company Pay bumps are rarely happen unless you move to a new role The company feels too manager heavy There is a (very) strong push for off shore resourcing.

Too many meetings of the same thing. Not enough decision making power
